Finyl Products is a design and fabrication facility for exterior products. We work on projects with general contractors, subcontractors, and architects to finalize designs and applications. We welcome the opportunity to work with you on your project.

 General Contractor – Wiechens Construction

Finyl Products specified and engineered the trellis, shutters, trimboard, column wraps, and aluminum railing. The recreation center is located in the popular retirement community The Villages in central Florida.

General Contractor – Lotus Construction

This is the model home in a subdivision in Naples, Florida. Finyl Products fabricated and installed the gable ends, columns, louvers, and brackets. Much of this work was originally designed to be in cedar, but we recommended they change to solid cellular vinyl for the durability, longevity, and maintenance-free aspects of the product.

General Contractor – Perrone Construction

Cellular PVC was the primary material used on this home near Venice, Florida. Finyl Products custom fabricated the gable ends, louvers, brackets, newel posts, columns, and rafter tails.

Finyl Products created the columns, gable ends and the fretwork for this train station in Winter Park, Florida.

Penn Place Townhomes in Winter Park, Florida has window surrounds, railings, column wraps, dentil mouldings, and window pediments that Finyl Products fabricated and installed.

General Contractor – Carlton Construction

This Amenity Center in Jacksonville, Florida used custom fabricated shutters, column wraps, column pedestals, newel posts, white railings, and window surrounds by Finyl Products. The back view shows one of the three custom-made pergolas Finyl Products crafted for the Center.
